Sunday Stash #291 – Fabric Sauce, EOB
At the time of writing this post, it is well into my Monday, and if it isn’t Monday where you are yet, it sure is close! I have had a weekend full of fabric activity and frivolity! You may have seen on some of my socials that I took a day trip out of the city on Saturday. Let’s just say that things got out of control and over the top, and I wouldn’t have it any other way! (More on that soon!) So my Sunday Stash post actually happening on a Sunday was just wrought with difficulty, which is how we find ourselves here. Don’t cry for me Argentina, because I’ve still got some notes to sing about this fabric below!
I was recently perusing through some of my favourite Aussie online shops, and stumbled across Fabric Sauce’s end of bolt section. I adore buying end of bolts! For starters, it’s already gonna be on sale, and then there’s usually a round-up situation that happens where you come out on top. I am more than happy to help clear a bolt for a fabric shop, so they can make more room for more fabric and we get to do it all again! In the images above and below, there are selected prints from Giucy Giuce’s Declassified and Quantum ranges. If you’re not familiar with Giucy Giuce, he’s a beautiful soul with a great intuition about colour. His fabric releases always tell interesting stories, and the fabrics work really well across the ranges. Plus, as he designs for Andover, you can easily mix and match with Alison Glass (amongst others!)
Then below we have Tula Pink’s All Stars Pom Poms. I love the drama of a big fat dot, and yes, I’ll take all that yardage, honey! Yeow! I’ve been restocking my Tula Pink collection (ahem.), so these will slot quite easily into all that business. Now that I’ve rescued these from Fabric Sauce, I suggest you go take a look at their website to see if you can snag any bargains of your own! That is if I haven’t already beaten you to it!
Dots–my favorite. I always get excited when I see them in the end of bolt section 🙂
