Sunday Stash #199 – Getting Ready

I’m getting ready for all sorts of things spinning around in my sewing world! You may have noticed this is Sunday Stash #199, which means we are only one week away from Sunday Stash #200! I am telling you now, next week will be full of celebratory prizes. Full stop! Exclamation mark! German italic bold! All the emojis! There will be opportunities for everyone, around the world, for link-ups and non-link-ups alike! You could glance at Sunday Stash #200 and probably be a winner. But I’m also getting ready for the Alison Glass, Aussie Charm Swap organised by Ms. Midge. I may have casually suggested to her via text last week that she needed to leap some tall buildings and get that business off the ground. Which, like the superwoman that she is, had it soaring by the end of the day! If anyone needs an organisational diva fighting on their side, it’s Melissa! I had the Handcrafted inkblot print in my stash from a recent trip to Material Obsession, (one of the visits on my Sydney fabric tour with Alyce–more deets still to come about that one). However, for the lime crosses, I had to take an emergency trip to Quiltsmith on Friday right after arriving on the red-eye from Singapore. Just call me a dedication diva! Riding my Vespa was a bit precarious, but I managed to get there and back without becoming a squished tater tot!
