Sunday Stash #79 – GLOW
For this week’s link-up make sure you head over to Quilts from the Attic. Nicholas is hosting, and giving you fabric cash in a giveaway! Hullo, who doesn’t want that? He is also one of my #NGAQB mates, an amazing improv enthusiast, and works in a store that sells fabric! He should really be your new bestie!
I, of course, have added new fabric to the stash this week, but I’ve been so busy sewing, I haven’t had time to actually photograph it! Instead, I’m showing you a bundle I put together this weekend for a block tutorial I hope to have up this week. If you follow me on Instagram (molli_sparkles) you have probably already seen this, but if you’re not, isn’t it ga-ga-gorgeous?! The daylight is making this fabric G-L-O-W, which coincidentally enough, is the name of J.Lo’s fragrance. Hidden meaning: She wants to be my new bestie! Right? Yes, of course!
Pictured top to bottom: Littlest by AGF Studio, Botanics by Carolyn Friedlander, Notting Hill by Joel Dewberry, Saltwater by Tula Pink, Notting Hill by Joel Dewberry, Madrona Road by Violet Craft, Oval Elements by AGF Studio
That Notting Hill reminds me of the Triangles on a Roll paper which was part of my French General red and green skill builder BOM I am doing. Seriously had a silent cack when you where talking about red and green and 'move away from the general peeps' the other week! Torn between being amused and offended! It looks nothing like Christmas, let me assure you!
Very pretty! Love those colors. Can't wait to see what you do with them.
You have such an eye for colour I love these fabrics together. I'm still learning and tend to just stick with fabric collections at this stage. PS I love the botanics print.
You're a no reply blogger! If I could email you this is what I would say, "Start making mixed bundles from those fabric collections. No harm in throwing different things together, and you'll be surprised at what you can get. Practice, switch, add, and PLAY with your fabrics!"
Nice bag of tricks here!
Love these! Have seen you at work on instagram…going to be a fantastic quilt!
Yup, saw the block on IG – it's hot!
Gorgeous combo!
That is a gorgeous bundle. I love (and have) that littlest print!
Nice! I really like the Joel Dewberry print.
(I think I set it up so that people can see my email on my public Google+ page, but if you can't, could you please email me at jhunsberger (at) gmail (dot) com and let me know? I saw your comment on someone's earlier comment and it made me think of this)
Really pretty bundle – you should do freelance bundle building for one of the big online stores 😉
Hey! Fat Quarter Shop! I smell a Blogger's Bundle bundler here!!
Ooooh, I actually haven't ever seen that top fabric before!! Thank you for introducing us…
I have a crush on this bundle. I needs me some littlest.
YUM. Now that's a bundle I could get behind. 😀
