Some quilts are born kicking and screaming … well tamed my friend!

  2. And I think one should listen to AM’s Jagged Little Pill while making up their own version in case they missed any of the album references. Love the quilt (and the album too)!!

  4. Hilarious. Loved the way you told the story of the quilt with Alanis songs. Lovely quilt.

I love how you added the cross hatch look to the binding. I was just commenting the other day to someone that I think we often skip over being creative with bindings because we are so close to finished we rush through the process. But you, my friend, hit it out of the park. I love all those beautiful blues and yellow greens. And Alanis Morisette Easter Eggs, what could be better?? Gonna have to dig that CD out when I get home.

The binding is such a creative twist! I love this block, trying to figure out how to play with it and some pink metallics my granddaughter is in love with!

  9. Okay, okay. Now I’m going to have to binge listen to Jagged Little Pill… over and over and over. Here’s hoping that anger doesn’t seep into DT’s wee brains. They’ll probably dance around the room to it… knowing them. I love that you beefed up the batting under the jagged pills. Their colour alone would have made them pop, but the extra batting and the quilting take it to another level. And don’t get me started on this colour palette. So good…

  10. super yum. Every quilt has a story and lucky for your quilts, they have you to tell it.

  11. Absolutely stunning! So beautiful x
