Ooooh you do have a lot going on. I’m glad I’m not the only one with a few works in progress at one time. I am totally in love with your Liberty lanterns and cannot wait to see the final layout. Love the wallpaper idea too. X

Hectic times in the life of Molli! Love the butterfly blocks and the Liberty Lanterns. I think liberty needs some taming down and the dark blue does the trick! I have a Nikon D3100 camera and love it. It has a lot of bells & whistles that I haven’t a clue about…but it takes lovely pictures!

  3. That seafoam green screams 1950s greasy diner along Route 66 to me. I think it will make a stunning PP design and I like that the white highlights aren’t used every column…

  4. Woo-woo girl, check out all your WIPs. Lookin’ mighty sparkly to me. Can’t wait to see them all put together.

looking forward to testing cafe wallpaper quilt, i think it would look mighty fine in vintage fabric.

Hasn’t Amy from 13 spools done that wallpaper design (or something VERY similar) already? And not even that long ago (maybe within a year). Perhaps after her book came out…

Oh well, not exactly as close as I remembered, but it’s here if you want to take a look…

oh I love the colours in your butterflies. Glad they will the used in something else. Your post is so intriguing today. I’m dying to see your perspective trick for the lanterns, the NGA quilt, and what you will develop out of that wallpaper pattern. I think you’re being a bit harsh on poor old sea foam green, though. But I can just see that in parson grey fabrics *drool.

Busy, busy! Well I’m thinking that it might be time for Santa to bring you your own splendiferous camera if you’re selfish mother-in-law is going to hog her own camera, cheeky woman!

Spill the truth tea.
