Perfect! I think the stripes are a perfect compliment. Sorry you have been drinking chambers alone, creatively speaking. Hopefully the feeling passes soon

  2. It really is dramatic what happens between all the images here as you rotate the block to be on point and then see how your addition frames the piece. Nicely done!

  3. Love the on point squares , a great inner frame

You and I should drink champagne together in the dungeon cell of blog neglect. Ok, I'm over it. Let's get our blogging mojo fired up! You did this block right, that's for sure. It needed to be set straight (which in this case is on point), and the stripes add just the aesthetic needed to pull it back from the brink of "busy". I'm looking forward to seeing what the improv king does with it!

It's amazing how different the block appears when turned on point! I love the little blocks …adorable. The stripes made a huge impact with the block. I love it, perfect addition! It's always nice to read your posts, but totally understand! I always feel like I need to keep posting so the followers I do have won't go away…you on the other hand have so many who look forward to each post!

That is just so cute the way those scissors lined up around there!

It is a weird colour scheme but it works. I love the stripes but I don't envy you having to sew them on the bias and match them up. You have such a creative mind.

  9. This is pretty freakin' awesome!!

  10. OMG!!! It is freaking awesome that you managed (by hook or by crook) to get those lines to be absolutely straight. Overall effect is too much drama – so completely you. Love it.
    Kudos to you Molli!!!
