Love the back as much as the front. Two quilts in one. And the others are right…Mr. Sparkles is a hottie! But you knew that.

  5. Paula says:

Oh my. I somehow missed the front last week – that's holidays for you – and now I've popped back for a look I have to say its really beautiful, but the back…. it's just wow. Like really wow. Definitely sparkling! How lovely to see Mr Sparkles making an appearance.

I like those mountain triangle bits, I am going to try to use that idea one day soon. It is a fun quilt, and will be even better once you wash it.

Squeal! I love it so! And those little triangles, OMG. And Mr. Sparkles is so adorable!

Tell Mr Sparkles "WE APPROVE"! 🙂 Love how you used up the scraps!

I almost can't believe this is the quilt back. You've certainly got a reversible quilt there – both sides are so lovely. Those dragon tears are enough to make me want to get my hands on some batiks.

  11. Jenny says:

    verrrrrrry nice.

  12. I want you to know that my life is made better with you and your quilts in it! This is just awesome, in every way! I don't know what else to say! Great, great work! Also, you'll have to get your improv piecing a la this quilt back game on in October, because it's very similar to how I want my blocks. Love…period.

  13. The O's says:

Love the dragons teeth to go with the tears… love this finish. Now, can Mr Sparkles get a pic with you holding his second love with such tender and affection? Wha…!!! Get your mind out of the gutter, I'm talking the Thermomix!!!!!

  14. Wonderful! You have out sparkled yourself Miss Molli. Now I want to try this improv piecing malarky. 🙂 And I do love your little glitter binding signature.

  15. Ali w says:

  20. Anne says:

Love it! I love those rows of little triangles all in color sorted glory! I can't get enough of that. 😀

  21. Am L says:

You are brilliant. Seriously. It took a second look, and a squinty-eye to realize the brilliance of what you did on the back. At first glance, I just thought it was cool, but now I totally see it. The (abstract) fireworks in the air, and the reflection of the fireworks in the water's waves. It probably helps that I've seen fireworks over an ocean before. I don't know how you will decide which side of the quilt should be facing up. Beautiful job on both sides of this quilt!

  22. Love love love love. What a beautiful use of those "scraps"! Loving everything, including the pictures of Mr. Sparkles. He looks so much happier than my man-candy-quilt-holder. Beautiful finish – it suits you perfectly 🙂

  23. Kylie Lloyd says:

Now you have an absolutely gorgeous reversible quilt

  24. Katy Cameron says:

Way to use all those scraps, I especially like the triangle rolls (whilst thinking never in a million years would I have the patience for that ;o) )

I bet Mr S is only upset you made him look like he's about 3 ft tall in that photo ;o)

  25. Awww…he's so cute!! And I love the back of the quilt. There is so much dimension to those blocks:)

  26. Amy says:

This is one amazing quilt, held by one awesome guy with great taste in T-shirts. More, more, please!

  27. Cheryl says:

I love this quilt back, it is a color explosion!
