I use table runners or hand bags as my sanity projects…after a big quilt a girl just needs a break! Enjoy your respite 🙂

I just love making cushions when I feel the need to create something in a hurry. Maybe i should spend a little less time on them and a bit more on the quilts i need to finish!

  3. Katy Cameron says:

Oh yes, cushions are fab for using up orphaned blocks, getting patterns you'd never make into a quilt out of your system, and supporting the masses :oD

  4. Jenny says:

Very nice pillow! Congrats, LL. I'm a major homebody myself.

  5. Salley says:

    Loving that whole styling.

Gotta admit – I *never* would have put blue, pink & yellow all together – but, gosh darn, they WORK! (or is it WERK?) Hope I remember that! Pillow's cute as can be! Reminds me of a sunny day!

I discovered the same thing earlier this year! Wondered why I had put off making them so long!

Love it. How did you get your quilted squares so perfect? I'm a copycat and just made a pillow from Pillow Pop. Love that book!!

Wooohoo! Congrats to mah girl Katy. 😀 <3
And that pillow is amazing. Next year, I'm so making more pillows. I don't have the attention span for this quilt thing.

  11. Yay!!!!!! Thanks so much 🙂 And I recently discovered the mini-fun of pillows… the same great rush for less effort LOL!

  12. I would hug you too if I got that as my gift, it's truly delightful with those cheeky faces
