WiP Wednesday #19 – Bee Blocks and a QAL
I’m still riding high off of yesterday’s Molli Sparkles Broken Herringbone QAL announcement! It’s gonna be such a party, and I can’t wait to see what y’all come up with. Let me show you a few bee blocks I’ve made recently,
while I go and add all of you to the Flickr Group. That was exhausting. You can now take care of this yourselves: Join the Flickr Group.
Why is purple such a difficult fabric to find!? My stash needs some serious purple love. Over to you lovelies, tell me, what purple fabric must I add to the Magic Suitcase 2.0?
These are some 6″ Oh, Fransson! Paintbox squares in
grey silver, platinum, charcoal, and pewter. It’s never just grey. I’m slowly cutting into Comma, but I’m thinking I need to do something a bit more daring with it–and soon!
This one isn’t for anyone else but me! I decided to test out my Molli Sparkles Union Jack Block tutorial months after writing it to make sure it still made sense. Oh, it does. Sometimes I surprise even myself! I’m gonna be a total Queen B… and ask my October and December hives to make this. They’re gonna Work It Out–Beyonce got nothin’.
If you missed yesterday’s Molli Sparkles Broken Herringbone QAL announcement, don’t fret–ask a friend because they’ve already signed up and they’re holding your spot. Good quilty friends are totally like that.
Linking up with Lee at Freshly Pieced for WiP Wednesday!
Something wicked this way comes.
